Overview:

Acheron provides the MASI engine "as-is" to all developers. While we stipulate that there is no obligation to provide support, MASI is used internally as well, and it is obviously in everyone's interests to fix any bugs in the engine.

If you have encountered an error in the engine, or desperately need a feature added, send an email to the MASI developers, specifying the problem in full. Ideally, we would like the code that caused the problem, a description of the problem, as well as information about the platform (graphics card, operating system, CPU). Sending us the auto-generated MASISE.log file will also help a great deal.

We will endeavour to fix it as soon as possible, time permitting.

However, we strongly suggest that you try asking at the Acheron Design Forums, where we, or other members of the community, can offer support even more quickly!
